that's fucking GG, props to you
Thank you. I've been checking around the threads and it seems that similar mounts are all at 999,999g on high pop servers. This strategy may change to "whoever can cap it the fastest before others see it listed".
Oh yeah, even though wowhead
http://www.wowhead.com/news=204376/mists-of-pandaria-black-market-auction-house doesn't have LK's Invincible listed, I'm hearing reports of it at capped gold on BMAH auctions. That's my next target.
After initial reports of these two mounts on a high pop (full yesterday) pvp server, I believe I got the mounts for a steal as they both should have costed me capped gold.
I want to better understand the frequency of listings and I'm reading that this is dynamic across all servers. I'm guessing the population counts will be the determinate. Now to realize what that is...

Tbh you're either super lucky that nobody noticed those mounts or that not enough ppl know about the existence of bmah, cause Mimiron head would've been instant cap on my server, and we're talking about a super low pop server.
But yea if you're on a mid pop, its a matter of time till ppl start capping those mounts at start =/
Yeah, I'm GM of a capped guild. AFTER I won my mounts I told all my guildies. Most asked the following questions: What's BMAH and how do you get there. lol
I got lucky to move in fast.

yea its affected by population, on my server we have 1... max 2 items listed at once.
Check that wowhead link and lmk if you ever see any mounts listed there that aren't on that list. I want that bengal tiger SOOOOOOOO bad and if they expand the TCG listings that will also crush TCG pricing even more. I know that will never happen, but TLPD could. There is also 1 recipe I really want and am curious if it hits "Pattern: High Society Top Hat"

teach me to be rich, i farm but i make shit gold, like 1k a day tops
I spend more than that in listing fees a day. My only suggestion to you is that "Farming" (ie: gathering) is the wrong mentality. You get a team of farmers to send you their mats daily, make stuff with it, and profit big. Just understand the market trending and what's in demand. It's also important to note that this is a game and making this a job by "Farming" is bad. If you're going to spend 8 hours a night farming, you're better off getting a second job and buying the gold with cash. You'd get more for the opportunity cost.
I invested legwork on lvling my guys and profs, but I don't spend much time making gold a day. Maybe 30mins max each day after this following week (I'm still hording stuff atm). Just understand how to smelt on five accounts when you go to sleep/shower/leave for work/etc and it's clockwork from there. I dominate the AH, but I also play the game primarily. It's just important to realize that the time spent the first two weeks trying to make gold in this expansion or any major release is going to go A LOT further now than 2 months from now. Spend your time wisely. gl.
Back on topic, this is about winning BMAH & better understanding it and not a gold making guide.
