I wan't to let them know as fast as possible any I think they priority one of them before another

It's like if you wan't to contact someone you can try facebook or call their phone. Better with more ways then only one, so I don't think you're right

actually no, you're incorrect. They ask that you only submit ONE. not one here and one there. That just fills their systems up and keeps other people from submitting their issues.
