I've played WOW a lot before then i stopped playing when cataclysm expansion came out.
Now i would like to return with WOTLK Classic to farm some forum golds.

I have a lot of free time, how much forum golds worth of ingame gold i can farm as a solo player ?

Depends. I’d go fresh server if gold making is your main focus. I could see 20-30k fg as a realistic figure if you level fast and farm gold aggressively.

I do have 14 hours free time daily.

yeah any farm in wotlk will net you that with 14 hours a day lol. You could also just play retail with that time once the wotlk hype dies down. If all you care about is gold its really easy to make, should youtube some guides if you never farmed in wrath just to get an idea of what you'll be doing.

You can also make that much or more in retail version ? I am suprised.

95% of players do not like making gold, but they need it. So if all you focus on is goldmaking you can make a ton in all versions of wow. Pretty much the less fun it is the more gold it makes. Most people want to log on and play arenas or raid with their friends, if you put 14 hours into anything gold related you'll be stacking in no time.

I'm not sure what wotlk classic prices will be like (tbc classic is 1:1 about atm) but there were 1k an hour goldfarms back in the day. Thats farming that isnt counting professions which can make much more just buying mats and crafting.

with retail if you know what you're doing you can make 1m a day playing 14 hours. Thats around 8-9k fg a day. But lets say you're new and are making the bare minimum, its still really easy to net 100-200k a day with that amount of playtime. Which is 25-50k fg a month

Thank you very much once again. As long as there are SOLO farming methods, i will be happy farming while watching documentaries on second monitor or listening to audio books. I've broke my leg so i need something to keep me busy and protect my mental if you know what i mean.
Besides that, back in WOTLK days i really really enjoyed WOW so thats extra for me.
