So I decided to "retire"from hardcore raiding and high activity for a more casual gold farming career.

Made myself 200k and was stoked. Then sales dried up. Less and less everyday.

Tried to reset markets, lost.prospecting lost. And boe flipping has cleaned me out. Probably just poor investments from someone inexperienced but 695000 potential sales in ah currently. And down to 42k raw gold in hand .

It's demotivating and I'm curious if it's just me also how to stay motivated and positive. Whether it be just keep farming the same stuff (Zulf, crimson whelp, slitherblade, aq40) or try and diversify more. Or just stick to what I have on hand to sell first

i make around 1m a week.

If you don't have fun while farming then you will most likely just get burnt out.

How i would advise someone to get started:

Download TSM Addon / Desktop Addon
Download Loot Appraiser
Run every vanilla dungeon 10-20+ Times - Sell any green worth 200g or more on the ah ( You want ATLEAST 750-1000 Transmog auctions on the ah to make daily sells )
Start doing Different farms to diversify your transmog more, Start replacing the lower priced items, eventually you wanna get to the point where you don't sell any mog worth less than 1000

Once You have your transmog market in order start branching off to all the different crafting markets, Tailoring / LW / BS and then Alchemy and JC For the Mounts
Start Farming Mats and then farm whatever items you need to fill back up the AH
Sniper on the AH when you are bored.

Pick up under prices items out and resell them.

Basically I have done over +200 millions without moving out main city.
And yes, youtube is full of guides how to flip high valued items example pets, unobtainable items, rare tmog, BOE EPICS

I do play game sometimes out of AH, but it will never make me millionaire and like many of us we don't have many hours each day to farm basic leveling zones.
