Best bet is some mod had the opinion that private servers are shit so they decided that was an objective enough reason

or like they have some advertisers to appeal to who don't want their product associated with pirate servers
all the stuff that goes on in this forum goes against all the TOS's of every game in it already, i dont see how private servers are such a stretch

Or the fact that private servers break the ToS of Blizzard in general.
