I just started legion on my warlock i have a few questions
You gotta quest/pve to get artifact power + unlock artifact talent tree/skills/or whatever they are called?

yes, but you get access to those quests before you ever need to leave dalaran

you mean at level 100?


also can you pvp to get power + spells/talents for artifact weapon?

But really good luck getting denied for every group.

Even with the balance patch we don't know what's gonna happen. But no one wants locks right now.
