he should have suspended you on the spot after all you made the ticket a polite response from you was the appropriate thing to do , no reason to curse on someone that is there to help you on your request

Thats the thing tho I didnt make any ticket, he was the one whispering me asking if he can talk, its clear I told him no.
Why did he still talk? I dont care about whatever he got to say.
