today I went to do mythic soo in a pug group , the mount out of Garrosh dropped woooot , I won the roll wooooot , raid leader ninja looted it :cry: anyhow waiting for a gm to answer my ticket dunno if om gonna get it

then I decided to solo firelands for fun both mounts dropped :drool: , just needed one but still that's very rare I guess hehe

grats, soo mount sucks though.
you probably won't get it, blizzard doesn't care all that much.

I Kinda like the kor'kron annihilator its different , as for the firelands ones a few similar but different colors but anyhow im working on that 300 mounts achievement that will come up , still a long road ahead

you wont get it, they will never take a item from another player if they were raid leader, it's their raid and they can do what they want (what blizzard says)

stupid but thats why the game sucks, gl for next time though

While every report is investigated and the appropriate action is taken, we generally never redistribute loot. In this case, I was able to grant the rare exception to redistribute the item to the winner which is you! Keep in mind that it is very unlikely that this is something we will be able to assist with in the future.

You will find the item has been awarded to your character and is waiting within the nearest mailbox!

Master Looter is not intended for groups with random players. It is intended for a Guild, because you are giving that Master Looter the trust to distribute the loot. I also advise that to not run pugs with Master Looter, there are some other loot methods which can be used that can possibly stop this from happening such as Need before Greed or Personal Loot. I personally prefer Personal Loot because the item that drops is intended for me alone.

I hope that this information is helpful going forward and congratulations on the mount!

Like the GM said, rarely do they actually take something from someone and give it to you. Normally they take it from them and leave it at that.

You're very lucky indeed. May some of your luck come my way because it took me over 40+ kills to get Raven Lord, so I am really discouraged to even try. Granted I only have one toon, so i can only farm raid once a week.

What does the “Answered” status mean?
- A ticket in “Answered” status means that a Customer Support representative has provided an answer to your ticket.

What can I do next?
