there doing it with stupid diff spell tooltip for pvp and pve... pretty sure that's going to ruin world pvp even moreso

So... pulling a Rift? I don't mind this, pvp shouldn't be about gear anyway.

I am kind of optimistic about pvp in WoW in legion from what I've seen and heard, I have not pvp'd seriously in years because it has been so cancer.

Wpvp is always amazing on emerald dream tho and I saw a post that said the pvp perks will work in wpvp as well, activates like how the ilvl transition does I guess.

I think it will be great. Skill > Gear, I feel it should be designed for situational and not rotational considering its not scripted due to both character/s being controlled by humans and not AI. Gear in a sense challenges skill due to better chance at higher damage using the DnD rules. If it is a level playing field then gear is ruled out and skill is all that shows, hopefully. GLHF! B)
