Hey! I haven't played any pvp this season.
But my PVE ilvl is 690.
Is my pve gear better than the pvp gear?

Or how does it work.

I found the answer.

PVE gear scales down to ilvl 680
PVP blå scales up to 675
PVP epics scales up to 690

PVP epics > PVE gear > PVP rares

mmm even with the downscale, i think pve gear does more damage, ur just squisher, i'd have to test, but i'm pretty sure that's the case

With how gear works - itemization and ilvl are the only relevant factors. 680 > 675 regardless of pvp or pve gear.

how about Tier 17?

I have 4 set bonus from tier 17... do that work in PVP ?
also my legendary ring, can that proc inside PVP?

don't forget about sockets.

I know for a fact that the ring does not proc in pvp, not sure on set bonus at all.

Legendary ring proc, t17 set bonus does NOT work in pvp combat.

PVE gear gets reduced to 680ilvl, only trinkets are truely worth still using in pvp. if your running arena and comps where you get foused, you should swap to pvp trinkets, rbgs they are totally amazing.
