Your acc gets locked immediately when a different IP tries to login, it doesn't ban you though
You shouldn't get banned unless the person bots or uses some kind of program that is visible to other players and they report you

They will lock your account if a different IP logs on and send you an email with a 6 digit code that you input to unlock it.

Consider what you're asking here.. Is blizzard manually monitoring millions of accounts to see if someone gets a level job? Because that's really the only way they could pull this off without accidentally banning 10s of thousands of accs.

my shit got hacked while I was deployed, and it still didnt get locked. not only that, they couldnt even restore my items cause it had been over 6 months.

@op, they can ban you for sharing, but will they? most likely not, seeing how they seem to be pushing toward FTP
