anyone done this recently?


xfered and made a guy on that server with your toons name to get it changed?
I've done it nearly every time ive xfered but i saw something some time ago saying they may be stopping that.

Never saw that.. If the name is taken, you would have to choose a new one.

i mean you make the toon with that name so you get a free name change.

i think i saw on here that it didnt work when they tried it last time.

Yea, I knew what you meant... I have done that every time I transferred.

I've xfered to servers that people already have my name. My Mages name is Blink, Rogues name is Stealh.

Stealh or Stealth?

Stealh would be a crappy name ^^

I was on my phone, obviously it's Stealth :S

just delete your character
make a new char with that name
then restore your deleted character for a name change

"Your restored character will have the items, enchantments, and gems that were on the character when it was deleted. Items deleted prior to deleting the character are not restored by this feature. You can't restore a deleted character that has the same name as an active character."
