so i had this quest from a few days ago but cant seem to find Millhouse Manastorm anywhere to turn it in. The other quests i had the guys showed up he hasnt just says hes in the middle of my garrison and hes not there

He disappears after a few minutes * when he gets bored * To make him come back you have to move your inn to another medium slot in your garrison, if you got 2 med buildings you can just switch them, that should make him appear.

id rather not waste my resources

Appeared for me the first day, took the quest and finished it within an hour
when i got back to garisson he was no longer there, ,he came back like 2-3 days after that

It doesn't waste any resources.. As you don't destroy it but just move it from a medium spot to another, I did 2 days ago and it worked just fine without costing anything.

Yes, you just have to take your Inn and move in over another medium sized building. It will not cost any resources and will not destroy anything, it will just swap both buildings positions, and than milhouse will appear.

ahh didnt know it worked this way ive only replaced buildings
