Just finished getting full 675 and wanting to grind BGs with some geared people to push for the epics/warforged outta the BG bags.

If you win a BG you'll get a Strong box with chance of 675 pvp gear. Even if you lose you still have a chance of getting a 660 piece. Its so dumb...

620 pvp gear scales to 675 in pvp environments, ergo, even though his gear says 620 on his character sheet, he's actually 675 as far as pvp is concerned.

tl;dr pvp gear better than pve gear for pvp. shocker.

Ran into a wall of xrealming horde in ashran. Guess he got lucky...
