I used spartan UI previously, but it's pretty buggy since the patch.

elvui... i used to use spartan, swapped never looked back. easy to use, customize and update with the client.

I've had quite a few people recommend ElvUI to me. I'll probably end up making the switch. Spartan UI is just
a pain in the ass now.
