i wait a bit.. and i got this. "please enter the authenticator code"

i dont have authenticator,so i think i'm hacked.

but! dunno how,cos i just played wow,and sometimes visit d2jsp. how the hell i get trojan/keylogger? i dont have firewall,but i have nod+spybot and i never had any problem since 2 years.

If you are the original owner then you won't have a problem getting your account back.. its pretty much impossible to steal a account in this game and get away with it unless you give them a scanned id of the account then they have as much power as you do.

Send them an Email. Or just try and call them, you seem to type English just find Imo.

CD - keys = account back, or Picture ID , Time-card keys = account back its that easy
