Have any tested or having knowledge of, if cold facets and items like doom runeword gives the full effect when immunity is broken by a cold sunder?

I kinda remember some said at some point, that cold mastery and - cold res on items worked the same, so i could be affraid that cold facets are affected too and being pointless (sort of) when it comes to lowering cold res further on my sorc

Cold mastery is labeled with its own identity in the coding, so facets and their ilk should take full effect, while CM will only affect sundered mobs with a 5th effectiveness.

Note: They'll really only work against sundered mobs though as a high enough CM will take normal mobs down to negative value of res on its own.

only cold mastery/conviction/lower res are currently diminished
