Hey, what are the best claw bases for mosaic? i see a lot of people looking for greater claw and talon, but could anyone rank them?

Greater talon
Then runic talon because its same ias but higher requirement
Anything else is meh, but you can go look up claw base to see what are the -20 bases if you want suboptimal claws

Damage comes from charges and elemental, so you want the fastest claws with least requirements. Aka greater talons. Could get away with runic talon.
