Can you drop sunder on non ladder? simple question

Patch said in all non classic mode

Have not played enought yet to get one if it is possible

Im gonna believe the patch notes and say yes it can drop in all non-Classic game modes. I'm gonna also answer your first question, I went in game with my non-ladder char which transfered from ladder S2 and I dropped my sunder on the ground.
