So ive never dove to deep into this 2.4 FHR changes and have continued to run 86% on my paladin.

My question is - am I wasting my time with it? should i drop to 48% over 86% since the change?

Really curious on peoples input, this is for pvp purposes. Thanks.

Fhr barely does anything in pvm
You can still get a little fhr but no need to sacrifice anything in your build for it when you could otherwise have more life or dmg
