Those number may seem high, but check the duration, that damage is over all that time. Damage per second is low. Poison nova does not reach that damage, but duration is only two seconds, so it's far stronger.

Not as low, 7K over second

Yes, but that is without -enemy poison resist. Necro can easily boost that with lower resist.

You can use deaths web and 4 sox monarch with 5-5 jewels on switch too boost that. But you are a java, by the time that poison has killed someone you could cleaned half chaos sanctuary with lighting damage :P

Can't you just run through and poison the entire chaos sanctuary then run back and grab the items afterward? Or does that not work?
