I equipped an NP and the slain monsters RIP mod does not function. Mobs get rezed and Nil uses CE, I blew through an entire belt full of pots in seconds.

SMRIP only works for monsters killed by your character, not for monsters killed by pets/merc. Also redemption aura needs some time to trigger, this might me a factor for this effect as well
