barb helms rares cant have all resists ? as stats only 1 resist type? why is that? is it because it has the skill natural resistance?

Check our arrest summit. It lists every perfex and suffix in the game, the range of each variable, what what it spawns on based off magic or rare and type of item itself.

No it just tells you everything that can and can't spawn on the items. And all res isn't one that can spawn on barb helms

It doesn't tell you why thought lol. There is no reason other then that's how they made the game.

Why isn't there ias on a ring. Why can there be a jewel that add 5% fcr, why can't I get 15@res on a rare ring.

We could do this all day. The reason we can't is they didn't make that part of the game.

So the made it so only circlets can get all res for helms, same as they made it so you can't get 3 pally skills on gloves even though you can get 3 zon skills.

Find the guys from blizzard north and ask them is your best bet
