When I’m a werebear as a sorc- does weapon ias basically dictate my frames? Or is it the combined ias on the character that is the correct ias?

Yea but I think this changed in d2r. Legacy I had a 105 ias sword…it’s different now I think

dont bother with any wearform in d2r or really any melee besides whirlwind. lowest fpa is like 7 or 9 for most melee skills...
