Ed/damage Bug Question - Topic

My question is does it still bug if a diadem/circ/tiara has innate enhanced damage AND min damage?

Let' say i sock a 40ed/15ias jewel into a circ with innate 9 min damage and 30% enhanced damage. Would it still bug?

the thing that is not mentioned in this guide: you are supposed to read it from top to bottom as a flow chart. so if the system of interest meets one of the listed cases, you just exit there and ignore later cases
