standard zon build that doesn't cost fortunes:

eth upg titans
griffon ias jewel
eni
spirit
razortail
2/20 gloves with ml
silkweaves
highlords
raven + fcr ml ring

reaches 55 ias and 68 fcr.

if you really want a bis build, start with replacing titan with some ridiculous rare 4/40s, hl with a crafted amu and experiment a bit
