circlet has base min damage

adding 15max dmg jewel cause any issues?

adding an ed jewel would affect the max damage and make it null
only applying dmg to the min damage

bc there is no bug in your case. inherent min, socket with max. that is no problem. bugs only arise if ed is in play, that's why this is called ed/min or ed/max bug
