Where is best place to acquire magic wyrmhide boots 88clvl for crafting epic es mana boots?

you can gamble them significantly faster than you will find them hunting for them, but to answer your question, every ilvl 85 area will be viable to find them. Trav is usually a good place for magic drops as well.

you gamble boots or wyrmhides?

with lvl 90+ there is like 15% chance to get demonhide and 5% for wyrmhide boots on gambleing boots - really depends on char lvl
