highest base dmg for your desired ias breakpoint (depending on the rest of gear). considering they usually don't shoot lots a arrows in succession but run around quite a lot inbetween shots, I suggest only medium high is breakpoint with dmg per shot. if you want her to proc curses (e.g. from dream helm), a higher attack speed might be better though
