It would be a very good idea to max warmth, have a lvl 17 insight on the merc and have a good pool of mana. It goes quick at 200fcr
Truth be told, I have not yet tried a 200fcr frost nova sorc. But having that level 25+ static...
Personal preference of gear would be: Wizzy, Griff, 35 Spirit, up'd Vmagi, Arach, Magefists or Trangs, Silkweaves, SOJ's, and some sort of 20fcr + mana ammy

Yea but wouldnt infinity on merc would be needed for extra pen vs already immune monsters, or maybe griff would be enough. i havent tried it with jus griff (souls take forever to kill, ghosts in chaos take forever to kill, some packs in wsk take forever to kill)
wielding infin obv is like the pick most ppl do but its impossible to get 200 fcr, only 105 when wielding
