if i have 3 type of bow and attack say : 10 0 -10 what bow is more fast

and for a merc matriarcal or gmd is more fast?

-10 is fastest

matriarchal is fastest, but has lower damage.

find the optimal balance between speed and damage as some bows are fast but super low on damage part.
