Any of these good for a foh stick? What is also the benefit of using these vs anything else?

+2 light res, 2 foh
+3 conviction

Imo needs 3 foh or is a waste of facets.
The benefit of a foh stick is the difficulty for stacking max light res for pvp for your opponent with max conviction foh stick and griffons alone -200light res basically
Light res does nothing for a foh stick as synergies do not help damage on items
Ideally:
Foh
Conviction
Holy sheild
Are most sought after skills on a scepter for foh

So if it really only useful in pvp? This would be for SSP. Also when is it appropriate to make a CTA out of one of these things?

Cta in a foh stick Is usually for smite one side and foh other saving you points not skilling foh being able to switch and have ranged attack
