How does a wep get 500ish poison dmg? I can't see the affixes that would get that high? Tip for answer.

Hi

According to the amazonbasin :

If a single item has both a prefix and a suffix applying poison damage, then the rates and lengths of both are simply added.


So for example, if you have toxic prefix and anthrax suffix, you'll get ~515 psn dmg over 11 sec (my math may sucks, cuz it's late here, but the principle i correct i think ... )
