Light sorc. You can get like +550% from lightning mastery in a high end setup. With cookie cutter crescent moon + griffons, you can get 60 lightning penetration (even more on other set ups). That means a sundered immune takes 65% damage as their resistance is dropped from 95% to 35% before infinity aura is even taken into account. 6.5*.65 = 4.225x damage vs a sundered lightning immune. A cold sorc cannot get that damage multiplier in a max damage 105 fcr setup even against -100% cold resistance enemies (which all enemies should be after cold sunder + high enough cold mastery).
Keep in mind that I also didn't account for infinity's conviction yet, lol. It adds another nice -17 to sundered immunes and works at full -85 effect vs other monsters.
Also, I think lightning is just mechanically superior to blizzard.
