So I know that medium armor comes with a cost of -5 Faster run walk speed.

What I'm wondering is, if I'm wearing double upp'd mages, shadow dancers AND medium weight armor - is that giving me a total of -15 FRW? being that these armor pieces are medium.

I tried to google this to no avail, so thought I'd give it a go here.

Speed Reduction

Even though Speed Reduction from Armor and Shields is not directly related to Faster Run/Walk. You should consider for a fast speed movement Build that the following equipment will reduce your movement speed:

Medium Armor and Medium Shields reduce your movement speed by 0.30 Yards per Second
Heaver Armor and Heavy Shields reduce your movement speed by 0.60 Yards per Second

Default walking speed is 6 y/s, while running increases a player's speed by 3 y/s.
