Maybe my pc is too junky to do better but damn this looks horrid.

Anyone know a fix?

Looks like the graphics don't load fully.

Sometimes my screen looks the same for a few seconds

Looks like a resolution scaling issue.

What's your Video settings looking like here?

doesnt seem to matter what i do in the settings - it doesnt change much : /
