When gambling amulets for crafting at a lower level character are all the blue amulets gambled at lower ilvl?

Or are the ones that rolled +2 skills high enough ilvl and therefore have the potential to roll 2 skills when crafted .

Yes, the amulets are of lower item lvl. You wanna have a lvl 93 char if you gamble and craft with the same char.

The craft will have a ilvl = (ilvl+clvl)/2, so even if the amu have +2sk (ie ilvl >=90), if you craft it with a char that has a lvl <90, the result will not always allow +2sk :/

As said above, gamble+craft at clvl 93 for being sure

But also ; lvl 73 req life or mana leech amulets and bone spirit charges lvl 73 req also

I’ve done some gambling with a lvl 91 and it’s like only 10ish % of the amulets that are high level enough, most likely a waste of gold
At -least- 92 for gambling ammies

Also, some TZs amulets will be high enough level for you to craft directly even tho their stats seem low level
I think the mob needs to be 93
