highlords is the only uber ammber
exile is significantly slower at killing ubers than an up'd hoz and probably much more expensive
if you are using grief and fant, any ias hits break point
loh only applies to zeal, not smite

best set up:
coa with 2x 35+ed ias jewels, enigma(if only doing orgs: fort> enigma), last wish pb, up'd hoz with 35+ed/9 dex jewel, 15dr dungo, highlords, 240+/20dex raven, 5% bk, 20ias/10cb gloves, gores. 3x 12 fhr pcombs to hit fhr bp for lilith

This set up hits max ias break point with convic aura up to kill meph and will be your fastest set up to kill ubers.

Yes it is if you want to hit max ias bp with conviction aura up while you kill meph. If you think you can kill meph with Fanta up, then no, but you will chicken much more frequently when you get hit by lightning or blizz from meph if you don’t cancel the aura

Goblin toe is by far the best boots

Use a Grief PB + a Gface with a 15 ias / 15 res jewel + the ias from highlords & you can use salvation / lite res vs meph & still be fine ias-wise

Define best. If you are doing keys to orgs to torch, what I posted will be the fastest kill speed. Killing Duriel with gtoes instead of gores takes significantly longer. That’s not to say grief gulli and dracs won’t kill Ubers, it’s just an early ladder build for a reason.
