I craft for a very Long day when i Reach lvl 93 at every season/NL when D2R comes threw.

On Personal Experience I craft much better ones with lvl 95 than 93
Also with TZ 96 amus the outcomes is much better then gambled with lvl 94.

I also found a discussion a few weeks ago that 95+ is the best lvl to craft, but 93 is the lowest requirement.

Is this correct or are this Just rumours?

lvl 93 is the lowest requirment to craft and gamble for (the magic amulet you use for crafting) to get +2 class skills (e.g. sorc) and 20 fcr on the same amu.
It's about unlocking the highest mods, which is done at lvl 93. Being higher level does not prevent you from crafting low-end trash and therefore is not valueable. On the other hand if you are lower level than 93 it will prevent you from gambling and crafting the best possible amu. Personal experience is irrelevant. You can craft a thousand amu and not a single one is the +2/20 you want. Or you might get 4 of them. The sample size is simply to small to account for personal experience.

The question you should ask yourself is do you wanna gamble and maybe win the lottery or sell the thousand craft packs for runes and just buy what you need. Remember: in a Gold rush the one who sells the shuffles is sure to make a fortune (but he ain't gonna come out the richest man)

I craft anyway - since my Budget is high anyway - my NL bow Worth maybe around 120k FG maybe even more - my Lightsorc ladder ist full with 40+ skillers - my icebow 45 livers - i crafted ~ 14.000 amus since d2r - Just heared rumours for 95 better chance for crafting better amus and wanted to know If thats true or Not (since my Personal crafting was better at 95, but could also be Luck Like anything in D2R)

For amy you should have at least lvl 93 since you will gamble the amy's and dont use dropped ones from nihla/dia/baal... when you gamble you get random ilvl of -5 to +4 of your char lvl.
That means if you are lvl 93 you can gamble amy that are lvl 88 (-5) to 97 (+4). Since the worst case is -5 you try to get your char lvl high enough that every amy can in theory have the stats you are looking for...

For Crafting +2 Skills: int(clvl/2) + int(ilvl/2) >=90

Gamble at >=lvl 93 for ilvl >=88 Amulet. Or lvl 85 areas and from bosses/minions which are area level + 3.

Gamble AND Craft at >=lvl 93 to guarantee CHANCE at crafting +2 skills

T-Zone AND Craft at >=lvl 90 to guarantee CHANCE at crafting +2 skills from your own T-Zones

T-Zone AND Craft at >=lvl 84 to guarantee CHANCE at crafting +2 skills from a MAX T-Zone (96)

I'm 94 anyway, but good to know

It definitely helps for the ladder resets since you can get started crafting sooner with Tzones than you can with Gambling.

Also helps give confidence that you don't need to gamble the ammys and can spend that gold on stuff like ring gambling.

I didn't even realize I ended up in D2 Discussion, not D2R Discussion. You were talking about TZ amulets though.
