can i be level 20 and level in Nm cows if i have enough people in game for extra exp little trick or do i need to make this normal cows at lvl 20 with a party

dunno about other servers but cow-chant games took over Europe SCL in norm and nm. Pretty much no tristruns or tombruns games up - of course some people <20 run tombs in the cowchant game.
They also open the chant games with a lvl 1 char who is in a1, so people literally doing most of the questing in those games too.
