Question on weapons:

Doom vs EBOTD Warpike

Question on helm

Gface vs Shako or any other +skill helm (peeps talk about +2kills outweighing ias/ed)


I believe FORT is the standard armor.


Do yall believe HF on the doom + might on the merc + your conc is best for stomping? I always thought this was best.

Or do you believe in the "poke from hell" using EBOTD WP + gface with FORT, + might on merc, +your conc for stomping.

A2 NM Defensive for Holy Freeze.
EBOTD War Pike (or better rare with 2 x Lo)
Fortitude
Guillaume’s Face

That should give a good enough poke.
You can also try an A5 merc with an upgraded eth Headstriker. I don’t know if it was fixed for D2:R but the damage was bugged and absurdly high.

I like how you didn't even consider going gm with the hdin.

war pike is normally too slow, ghost spear is alot faster
doom with might merc works fine
but imo the best setup is HF merc with ebotd GS + fort + andys
i already mentioned Peace rw instead of fort as it gives +crit and with the +skills from andys
you end up with about 50% crit chance but yeah i normally just use fort anyway
andys visage and ebotd also cast poison nova that rekts wolves or other peoples mercs
