Keep farming those areas and you will eventually get drops. You already listed all the good mf areas, especially for javazons. Add wsk though.

If playing d2 and not d2r, i recommend quest bugged boss runs, i.e. chaos runs.

Cows and pit, if you have infy diaruns 👍 Java is like foh pala killing large packs of mobs. Java without infy is broken in cow lvl
