Those gloves are high, but it cannot be helpful for characters of any sort because either, auto-repair or indestructible status aren't even listed. Hell characters with gloves like this won't restore anymore the durabilities lost. NPC partners cannot even wear these gloves too. So, you litterally waste a few items properties to roll this elite unique item.
