I made it in a Phase Blade and I have 162 Str, 159 Dex but I cant equip it, am I missing something or did I buy duped runes?

Edit: I'm not sure what was going wrong but it let me equip after I dropped it on the floor and quickly picked it back up, thank god, I was pretty sure it was gonna poof

I guess your stats requirement has litterally been glitched with whatever especially your torch, your Annihilus, charms of any sort or items in use. Try to get a token and then, restore/glitch the gear status with the needed stats.

Is it possible that your current weapon gives stats that you will lose by equipping the PB?

Y probably this.. Don't see any other reason

You are wearing weapon that gives you Dex, and when you take it off, you will miss Dex to wear Phase Blade

I had more than enough str/dex with no weapons equipped. It worked after I dropped the item and picked it up tho. No idea what was causing this

You're telling me a phase blade needs more stats than these?
I know for a fact it doesnt.

no i said that you didn't meet the requirements

its probably a magical HoJ with magical duped runes that wont allow you to equip unless you know the secret password
you should charsi it before it poofs and takes half your charms with it
