So I read the thread that was posted by Quorra and holy that's alot of info... what I'm looking for clarification on is this;

When crafting ammys, does the character level need to be 93 in order to get a +2 skill, or is it just optimized at lvl 93?

More to the point, I'm lvl 87. If I craft, do I still have a chance at +2 skills?

"Item level definitely does matter. Normal monsters in the Pit drop level 85 items, champions drop level 87 items, uniques and their minions drop level ** items. ilvl/2 + clvl/2 must be greater than or equal to 90 in order to have a chance at +2 class skills. Keep in mind that the intermediate calculations are rounded down, so an ilvl 87 amulet must be crafted by a level 94 or greater character in order to have a chance at +2 class skills."

I guess with tz it has become a lot simpler to get high ilvl amulets on lower char lvl.
