problems im running into:
can only do andy and meph easily in hell tried pits and arcane and got prison raped with no lube
absolutely HATE the cooldown timer on blizzard
i MIGHT be able to pull of hell cows but it would almost be more time consuming than doing back to back nm runs

things im considering:
running smoke or whatever it is that gives all res
running nm for more res charms
trying to run with a group to get some cold sunder charms(dude found 2 or 3 in pits last night off of one run (i shit you not)
maybe nm runs or sunders with group for chance of skullders?
respec into frozen orb hydra?

basically just trying to create a battle plan going forward

Get a 3x topaz helmet to go with your armor and just do meph & pindle runs until the goods drop
You don't need raven frost as a caster
You can get extra cold res on gloves by using trang oul's

You should be shooting glacial spike between blizzards. It's an aoe freeze. You can't get hit if everything is frozen.
