i kinda understand how the corrupted zones work but

1. are the charms only found in hell or can they be found in nm as well
2. what makes a sunder charm valuable?
3. does it add things like cold and fire dmg or - enemy res?

1. Only Hell
2. They break immunity making all thinks killable for that element
3. It doesn't reduce res, just breaks immunity.
