Is there a jewel that has

15ias, -requirements? I'm looking to put in a 2os COA for my bowazon so I want to lower strength. What's the best option for a coa for my bowa(I can hit ias BP)

And I know it's unconventional but I'm making an unorthodox zon

no 15ias -15reqs exists, but could go well with enigma :o
