I made an Oath out of non-eth sword last ladder.

In legacy?
I quickly googled and found a forumpost from 2007 that says that the iron golem from oath doesn't last between games. So maybe you mean an old patch?

If You Dont Have Hard Points In It It Wont Be Summoned
