historically the fastest way to rush was to be "classic rushed" this works for Ama, Pala, Barb, Nec and Sorc, whereby they create a character in NONEXPANSION and get rushed 1-4, all 3 difficulties. the time taken by the person rushing can vary (for instance, a rusher known as gozu_black would do this in under 9 minutes, while most rushers would do it anywhere from 15 minutes to 1 hour.
this is a classic rush, or crush.
for Assa, Druid you cant be classic rushed (cant make these classes in classic). this means you have to do it in EXPANSION. when you get rushed in expansion you need to get past the Ancients. that needs level 20, 40 and 60 respectively (depending on difficulty). there is a way around this whereby 1 of the person being rushed is of sufficient level above these levels that still has the Baal Quest open (as an example, a character that was classic rushed and did not bother with ancients + baal in normal and nightmare).
A bumper is the name used for the character that is of sufficient level and the process is called a grush. ( a bumper usually has ancients quest open, but this is not actually needed, the critical point is having baal q open).
a leecher is someone that either pays or is allowed in free, to a exp game where they typically follow behind the damage dealers (typically hammerdins) the damage deals will offer offer the runs vs fg (or free) in chaos or baal runs.
